At The Paint Tube, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind, personalized, and hand-painted gifts. Because each item is made just for you, please allow time for our artists to work their magic before your order ships.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • What is Processing Time? This is the time we need to create your custom piece, from hand-painting and personalization to careful packaging. It is separate from the shipping carrier's transit time.

  • Standard Processing: Most items require 3 to 4 weeks for production and processing before they are ready to ship.

  • Extended Processing: For more complex items or during peak seasons (like holidays), processing may take 5 weeks or more. If your gift is expected to take 3 or more weeks, we will send a card to your designated recipient to let them know a special gift is on the way.

The estimated processing time for your specific item will be listed on the product page. The total delivery time is the Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us if you are interested in international shipping, and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and your delivery address.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Changes: All shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you. If your package is lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

6. Damaged Items

We pack every item with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [sheri@thepainttube.com] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
