  • Custom & Handmade Nature: The Paint Tube specializes in personalized, hand-painted, and air-brushed gifts. No two items are exactly alike. Colors and the position of designs may vary from product images shown on the website. We consider this variation part of the unique, artistic character of your item.

  • Accuracy of Information: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate.

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Changes: Prices, products, designs, and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering & Account

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process, especially for personalized items. Please check your orders carefully, particularly the spelling of names, as The Paint Tube cannot be held responsible for errors you make during ordering.

  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Shipping & Production Times

  • Production Lead Time: As many of our items are made-to-order and hand-painted, please allow for the production time indicated on the product page. For gifts that will take 3 or more weeks to ship, we may send a card to the recipient to inform them a special gift has been ordered.

  • Shipping: Title and risk of loss for all products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Sale Finality

ALL PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED, AND HAND-PAINTED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for these items.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
